The care provision at Swalcliffe Park is one of the strengths of the
school and works closely with the education department to provide the
opportunities that underpin student success.
We place great emphasis on creating a positive care environment and in
helping each young person to increase his self-esteem and develop strategies
to manage and overcome his difficulties. Integral
to high quality support is the keyworker system. Each young person has
one dedicated adult who looks after individual needs and act as the main
conduit for information in and out of the school.
